Tracy Lessor, Ph.D., MBA, ELS, is a seasoned communications strategist with over 25 years of experience across corporate, agency, academic, nonprofit, and government sectors. She brings deep expertise in partnering with C-suite executives and scientific leaders across the biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences ecosystem to craft communications that drive visibility, credibility, and business impact. Tracy is the President of TLOW Communications, where she works closely with emerging and early-stage companies to define their voice, sharpen their story, and position themselves for investment, partnership, and growth.
Previously, Tracy served as Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at Schrödinger, where she led all internal and external communications and built the company’s thought leadership platform. At Amgen, she was Director of Corporate Affairs for the global biosimilars portfolio, leading integrated policy and communications initiatives that reinforced Amgen’s market leadership, supported the global launch of the company’s first five biosimilars, and helped prepare the external environment for next-generation assets.
As Senior Vice President at Feinstein Kean Healthcare/Ogilvy, Tracy served as a strategic advisor to a diverse portfolio of life sciences clients, including Pfizer, NIH, PhRMA, and the New York Genome Center, aligning science-driven storytelling with business strategy. She led multi-channel campaigns that elevated scientific voices, engaged stakeholders, and advanced organizational goals. Earlier in her career, Tracy held roles in medical education at Pri-Med Institute, where she partnered with top key opinion leaders to shape and deliver impactful continuing medical education (CME) programs.
She holds a Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology from the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center, an MBA from Babson College, and is a Board-Certified Editor in the Life Sciences (ELS).
